Description:
COURSE OBJECTIVES: The objective is to introduce, analyze, and apply tools, programming platforms, and development environments for teaching introductory programming.
The selection is carried out in accordance with the current Informatics curriculum in primary education.
COURSE CONTENT: Introduction to tools, programming platforms, and development environments for teaching introductory programming. Analysis of selected tools, programming platforms, and development environments for teaching introductory programming. Linking programming concepts with implementation in a tool.
Designing tasks that apply the basic concepts of programming languages.
Implementation of primary education teaching content with the help of tools.
Preparation of teaching materials using a selected tool. Public lessons in the subject of Informatics held by students.
Learning outcomes:
  1. Analyze tools for teaching introductory programming.
  2. Link the selected tool with basic programming concepts.
  3. Design tasks using the tool.
  4. Apply the selected tool to teaching content.
  5. Hold a lesson in Informatics for primary school students
