Description:
Introduction to the range of influences of the Venetian Republic on the built heritage of the eastern Adriatic coast from the 15th to the 18th century. Understanding the nature of local architectural heritage within the political context and evaluating it within a broader macro-regional framework.

Through a detailed analysis of the most significant buildings and key figures, students will gain insight into the administrative mechanisms and regulatory processes of constructing state-owned buildings and develop the ability to evaluate built heritage from the perspective of the patron.
